Does All-Tex charge for their services, or are they covered by insurance?
This depends on your insurance company/policy, and the level of service you want/require from us. Very often, if we handle the entire project for you (from assessment to rebuild), your insurance will cover our services, so the cost to you is minimal (if anything at all.)
Other times, you may incur an out of pocket expense to use us. However, to most business owners, the services we perform (handling everything with an expert’s eye and freeing you from the entire process) are well worth the fees we charge.
The best way to get information on costs is to contact us and tell us what you need. We think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the areas of the US commonly known as “The Gulf States” and “Tornado Alley”. Specifically, that means Texas (we’re headquartered in Texas, in fact), Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. We also sometimes serve the adjacent states depending on the situation.

Really, we’re as fast as you need us to be (within reason, of course). We understand the need for timeliness in storm damage recovery, and can move rather quickly. We’re very experienced at this, and know exactly where to start.
I’m concerned that six months from now, something “hidden” in relation to the storm damage will crop up. Can you put my mind at ease here?
Yes. This is where our experience (particularly in aviation, manufacturing/warehousing, and multi-tenant buildings) comes into play. We’ve been in this business for close to two decades, and have seen and experienced a wide breadth of storms and building types. We know exactly what to look for, and often turn up “hidden damage” in places nobody thought to look.

What is your typical process in recovery/rebuilding?
We have a strict process and guidelines that we follow for every project. This includes frequent quality control checks and reporting to you – this way you are always kept abreast of what is happening.
To break it down into a nutshell, we first assess and document all damage, and we do this completely. We then work with your insurance company – we have plenty of experience working all the major carriers, and all of our findings are fact-driven. After we’ve secured the funds for rebuilding, we get to work actually rebuilding your structure(s). We have the best trained construction crews and use high quality materials – your building will be returned to the way it was or better!
Along the way, we keep you completely informed of every step. There will not be one time where you think “what the heck is going on with this??” It’s our belief that the storm damage you’ve experienced is stress enough for you - you do not need the added stress of worrying about the recovery effort.
