Industries Served – Multi-Tenant Buildings
Multi Tenant buildings present several unique situations in regards to storm recovery.

For starters, there are a wide variety of building types – apartment complexes, townhouses, multi-family homes, and condos. Plus, there are also multitudes of building materials and landscapes involved – these can range from brick to stick built to concrete, and may be situated around trees, or perhaps more in the open. All of these present unique challenges in their own right.
Also, most of these buildings have common asphalt shingle roofs, making them particularly vulnerable to hail damage (which can fracture the shingles). Furthermore, asphalt shingles can peel back in high winds, allowing wind-driven debris to lodge itself underneath (it only takes a tiny piece to compromise the rain-shielding function of the shingle.) This is especially tricky, because at a glance, nothing may seem wrong with the roof. You’ll only realize something is amiss when it leaks (and you’ll be getting a call about that, for sure).

Additionally, flood damage (and leaks) can be troublesome, as the insides of these buildings are almost always “finished”, with sheetrock and paneling evident in most rooms. Expertise is needed when recovering/rebuilding from this type of damage (expertise we provide, of course).
Timeliness also makes the difference:
Much like manufacturing plants, multi-tenant buildings are often income producing properties, and thus, there is a particular need to eliminate as much “down time” as possible. Adding to this is the very real fact that people live in these buildings, so it benefits everyone to get tenants/owners back into their homes as quickly as possible.
