What we do
The answer to the “what we do” question is one part simple, and one part more involved.
The simple answer is we do everything in regards to commercial storm damage recovery. It really is that easy to describe. Just call us, and your storm damage rebuilding concerns/problems are over.
The more involved parts are the steps we take to accomplish the end result. We’ll list them here. We can perform these tasks for you a’ la carte, or, like we’ve mentioned, we can just “do it all”.
Storm Damage Assessment
All-Tex knows the first step in any recovery effort is a comprehensive and complete assessment of all damages. That sounds straightforward on the surface, but it’s really not as basic as it sounds. Oftentimes, certain types of damage are not readily noticeable, especially in steel / concrete buildings, multi-tenant housing, and other specialty commercial enterprises. We have the experience in assessing damage to commercial buildings, and can ensure that every instance of damage is found and documented.
Insurance Negotiations
Once damage assessment is complete, we work with your insurance company to get you the funds to rebuild. Again, sometimes, this is not as straightforward as it may seem. The insurance adjuster works for the insurance company, not you. Their job is to settle for the minimum amount. Furthermore, they are poorly trained when it comes to damage assessment (they are taught to know a little bit about a lot - they aren't specialists by any stretch). But without an advocate on your side, you’ll almost have to take their word for it.
So at All-Tex, we find all of the damage, we calculate a reasonable cost for repair and rebuilding, and we back up our findings with documentation and facts – facts that result in a fair and proper settlement for you.
Rebuilding
Ok, the damage is assessed, and the funds have been obtained – now what happens? Well, we take the reins and start putting your business back together. We have the best trained construction crews in the storm recovery business and will return your building to the way is was (or even better!).
If the storm has hit, we’re ready to help. Click here to contact us today.
Quite often, a severe storm like a hurricane or a tornado will completely knock out communications over a large area. Power goes out, phone lines go down, television and internet are disrupted, and even cell phones likely won’t work if local cell phone towers are damaged.
What this means is you may not be able to reach anyone who can help you assess the damage for days… days you may not have. Remember, timeliness is of the essence.
The above is why we offer a free “Storm Courtesy Call” service. Here’s what this free service entails:
• If a major storm is forecasted to hit your area, call us at 866-921-5715 and let us know.
• Give us all of your personal and business contact information (phone, e-mail, cell, etc). In addition, give us a contact number that will be “away” from the storm (another business location, a relative’s house, etc.) This helps ensure that you will be able to receive a message from us.
• When the storm is over, we’ll get in touch with you to see if you need help assessing any damage (etc).
• You are under no obligation at all – this service is completely free to anyone who wants to use it. Our goal is to give you the peace of mind that we’ll be here if you need us.
